  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. There will be allocated time to fill out necessary forms. Parking available at the property.

  • Deposits are required in order to secure an appointment at Claire & Rose Spa. A reminder text will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on services and you will be charged your booking deposit if you cancel on the day of your appointment, fail to show, or arrive ten or more minutes late to your appointment. This is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to protect Claire & Rose Spa’ interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.

  • A thorough consultation will always be performed prior to your treatment to ensure suitability. Your therapist may recommend another treatment to the one you have booked on the day depending on your skin concerns and overall skin health. Avoid oral/topical prescription retinoid/steroid/antibiotic medication for 4 weeks prior to any skin treatment. Please note we cannot treat you if you have an active cold sore or if you have had any Dermal Filler/Anti-wrinkle injections within the last 2 weeks.
