Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Facial Services

At Claire and Rose Spa , we value your time and ours, and we strive to provide a smooth and efficient booking experience. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all facial service appointments.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to a future booking, provided you adhere to the cancellation timeline outlined below.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • No refunds or transfers of deposits will be offered for no-shows.

  • You will be required to pay an additional deposit to schedule another appointment.

5. Additional Information

  • Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Deposits can be transferred to a future booking within 6 months from the original appointment date. Please note if a price increase occurs in this time , you will be required to pay the new prices on facial services. 

Gift Cards


Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can only be redeemed on facial services , not products.
